I'm thinking of making a couple phone calls to the ballclub to see if I might be able to get us hooked up with photo passes for the 17th. I'm on a first name basis with somebody who would be able to get it done, so I think I'll go ahead and get in touch with him.

Probably focused on the woods behind, and not the horse. Moving objects can give a point and shoot trouble like that.

it could also be the shutter speed, I have never gotten good shots from the sports mode,

Shot my first wedding over the weekend. I'm now starting to work my way through the 1200 photos snapped. I just got a handful of them up online to serve as a preview set for the bride and groom. Here are some of them...

Overall everything went really well. Walked away thinking of a couple things to improve upon, but all in all I am very happy with what I've been seeing.
