On Wednesday Michigan Govenor Jennifer Granmole I mean Granholm signed the Great Lakes compact. At 1:32 she makes like MC Hammer and unleashes it the fly girl she is, too bad it was cool 15 years ago. Sorry there is a commercial you may have to endure.
