Besides I have been cursed at in every language and insulted in many ways while at my job, I've never thought of suing. Seems pointless, to lower myself by showing the insults bothered me.

Nah, even worse. The insurance company for almost every wireless phone company. Nothing like getting cursed at because a person broke their phone.

I couldn't do it. I can't handle working with the public. They keep in the back room and I only answer to 2 people at work. Mr Personality they call me.
