The only team with a prayer to beat the Avs is Detroit... Colorado just has to much firepower even without Kariya who is now out indefintely. Both Tanguay and Blake will be back for game 1 or the very latest, game 2.
And, despite not having Roy anymore, I think the goaltending will still hold up. With an offense that can easily score 4 or 5 goals a night, and a solid Defense with Blake back in the line up, Aebischer doesn't have as tough as a job.

I didn't see it, but I just read about it on ESPN.com. That sounded like it hurt a lot. If I played hockey I would most definitely be wearing a shield for reasons like this.
