quite simply, "cameltoe" leaves observers the impression that the gash itself was soooo abused and overly used that a vaginal vacuum was created. One could only deduce that the inner ridges of the vag lips are pulled inward and thus/then creating the infamous cameltoe.
think about it...just visualize it...
cameltoe = end result of vaginal vacuum.
a formula:
repeated slamming of penis into vagina + introduction of other foreign objects = the vagina being acclimated to holding a certain amount of "product" inside itself. When this product is missing, a vacuum is created and thus = CAMELTOE.
but I don't have a vag - I could be mistaken here.

I find that my camel toe is formed more as a result of the outer lips than the inner lips. As a matter of fact, if we're going to corresponding mouths to vaginas, I'd call the outer area the lips and the inner area the tongue, except there are two.
We're just brainstorming.
