Quite honestly, I don't hate the French. I mean you can do all the french bashing you want but until you've been there then you can't form an opinion. You can't be spoken for for what a handful of people represent. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a francophile, I just hate people not knowing what they are talking about and just form opinions from what they read or hear. You just hear of what they do through our U. S. bias reporting to glamourize America and how great we are in comparision to the rest of the world. That I can't stand.
We are lazy and incompitant. Don't say that we aren't. We have drive thru's, we can't fucking get out of our cars? We rely on other countries to manufacture all of our goods and what do we give them in return? Our bad fucking television. You have to understand this is the way they view our "American Lifestyle" from examples we export to them. From the music videos we produce to sappy-ass reruns of 7th heaven and Who's the boss(i've watched this countlessly while being there). It's horrible and I wouldn't like us either. So we are doing the same thing as they are doing, getting our information from wrong places. They are not perfect but neither are we.
