if you remove this statue, you have to remove all other references to God, which are numerous, through our government, including our own currency "IN GOD WE TRUST"
there is not a seperation of church and state, it is implied but not practiced. theres a big difference between what the system is supposed to do and what it actually does. hypocracy is the rule of government rather than the exception.
