Alec Baldwin was hilarious...and made me with Marky Mark's straightforward lines which were funny, were spoken by someone with acting skills. No depth. Dialogue, overall, was excellent, which leads to believe that someone was brought in to "punch" it up. ((Mamet, Tarantino sometimes do that)). The directing was excellent, and it was a very good movie with a few points of contention.
