The problem is the amount of bandwidth that these types of file transfers take. Comcast now allows for 1 gig of transfers through their newserver (giganews) per month. optonline limits you to two simultaneous connections, and the connection sucks sometimes. I used to get 8 connections, then 4, and now 2. They are really cutting back.
I'm not worried though, there will always be an alternative.
