someone in florida got arrested for it. its been the only time really someone has been charged for it, and i'm not sure what actually happened in the end to the guy

since its an apartment building it would be pretty hard to tell whos computer it is, but they can see the computer name and MAC address. so if for some extreme reason the cops come in and starts investigating, they can tie it to you
most likely nothing will happen, but it is possible, just like its possible the RIAA can sue you for downloading stuff
