Notice for Claims of Copyright Infringement
We have adopted the following requirements for submitting claims of copyright infringement:
All written notices of alleged copyright infringement must be sent to our Registered Copyright Agent and, if applicable, must meet the then current statutory requirements imposed by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Upon receipt of a notice meeting DMCA requirements, we will take such action as we deem appropriate under the DMCA. This may include removing or disabling access to material claimed to be infringing. In addition, please note that it is our policy to comply with the terms of the DMCA, which may include terminating the account of any user found to have repeatedly used the Optimum Online system to engage in copyright infringement upon actual evidence of such infringement or upon injunction from a court of law, pursuant to the DMCA.
If you are a subscriber to our service and believe in good faith that someone has wrongfully filed a notice of copyright infringement against you, the DMCA may permit you under certain circumstances to send us a counter-notice. See 17 U.S.C. § 512 for counter-notice requirements.
