| Hanger-On Registered: Jan. 70  | I just had an idea and wanted to run it by you guys. Every sitcom has done this at one point in its run... Each board member that chooses to participate would pick another member to emulate for a week (or however long). The logistics would need to be worked out, like you should use the sigpic of the person you are acting like. Or, their name should be in your status. It might be fun to see how others see us. And yes, I know that many people will want to be me :) , but I think that each member should only have one "clone". Again, it's just an idea that I thought I would throw out there. I don't know if it should be limited to one thread or what, but I'm open to any suggestions, even if they are "DILLON!!!"

| Hanger-On Registered: Jan. 70 | The idea, psychologically, is that people get to see themselves as others see them. Most often you will not think that you act the way that people perceive you. But, I think that's part of the fun. It may piss the participants off, but I think in the end we might all learn a lot.

| Hanger-On Registered: Jan. 70 | actually i have to give afrika mad props kid, lol GREAT FUCKIN IDEA MAN!! kudos bro but maybe a week is too long? maybe 3 days? cause it might get boring and we'd need to keep track have a sign in sheet. and make it one day we pick and everyone signs in. Like monday and no one else can sign in until that group is done. Plus limit it to the number of people cause then it gets confusing. make a list of people and then have a waiting list maybe. | Hanger-On Registered: Jan. 70 | now we are on the right track. I like the idea of limiting it to a few days, and one day to sign up. I think that putting the person's name you're acting like in your status, so that people know what the hell is going on. I also think that using your "Role's" sig pic will help to sort things out. We just need to decide on the rules and stick to them. The rules should be plainly spelled out in one post. GS, I volunteer you to write and post the rules. Thanks for the props.

You can IM afrika, myself or an appointed member to complain and we will look into it 10 - You will not have to switch e-mails but you will inherit your alter-egos status and sig pic and sig quote. more rules to come as we think of them please feel free to add. hopefully maybe we can start monday. I say we set a limit to how many people can participate so we dont get confused and we can follow them around and watch. Now one day may not be enough so we can do the volunteer posts say friday, sat and sunday and monday is when we pick the people. how does that sound? have three days to talk it over. then on monday we pick who will participate that week. so we can start a quick game for this coming week and afrika can put up the volunteer post tommorow morning say. or now if he wants but we have to wait for more people to see this thread. Cause weekends are slow here, lets wait for tommorow and give people till monday and start the game friday to keep up with the time schedule of starting tuuesday. 1st round will be friday of next week so you will be an alter ego friday, sat, sunday, then monday we pick a new grouple. then tuesday, wednesday, and thursday you are an alter ego then the next bunch start on friday. too cut down on confusion and work load i say we limit it to 20 people. thats 10 couples. There will be three days to volunteer each week. fri-sun On monday the panel will pick 20 people 10 couples to play for 3 days and then a second set for 3 days. On Monday while we pick who will play the old volunteer thread will be locked. Then we will post a rating thread where you rate the performances of that week that just passed. Thats pretty much it besides the rules. I will condense the rules and we will start palying this game next week. We will wait for more people to see this thread to get the idea rolling and we will start the game friday, July 27th.
