AND, as long as you are broadcast in NYC you are still "working" out of the biggest city in the radio world... Right??? I mean it worked for Lickass, Right??? Maybe... Los Angeles, so Jay Mohr and Dice don't have to fly so far to visit. ...........this is so gay, wait until Tuesday and listen. I am sure that you will find out all that they want you to know(which would be nothing except clues) then. | Psychopath Registered: Jan. 01 | It would make more sense for O&A to go to K-Rock and flip WNEW, then have Stern move to WNEW. Both stations pretty much target males 18-34. Now that really makes little sense because both stations ae competing for the same demo. If Stern came to WNEW & K-Rock remained Rock you would still have the problem with 2 stations by the same company in competition for the same demo, however if O&A go to K-Rock and WNEW changes format wheter AC to go after WLTW, CHR to go after Z100. You won't have your 2 stations in competition with each other anymore. | ||||

| Hanger-On Registered: Jan. 01 | The easy way to move O&A to K-Rock is to build Stern a new super-studio off-site.Then O&A move down the street to 40 W. 57th and use his old studio;and 888 W. 57th can become a computerized light rock station.Then I hope Ron &Fez make the trip;with Stern as a lead-in,they might be suited for 11 am-3pm.That spot at the new K-rock would be a star-maker;without the automatic spinning of the dial that happens after Howard goes off. Fez will be given his own show and other "gay" celebrities will host shows. i.e. The Tom Cruise hour, Kevin Spacey Does NY and Howard will host a weekly show reviewing episodes of Queer as Folk. Rich Vos will do a Saturday show from different gay bars. The gay and lesbian community will now have a place on the radio dial... Go ROSIE! | ||||
