| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00  | I think a reason why there's more criticism than praise is that they're SUPPOSED to be good. You turn on the radio to be entertained. It used to be that you couldn't miss A MINUTE. If you didn't listen from 3-7, you missed something. When they talk about the chicks in the naughty nightie contest for three hours... sorry, it's boring. Plug the pictures, fine. Tell us to vote, fine. Drag the contest out for a month and a half, not fine. By the end, who cares anymore? The great thing about the show WAS that they could just go off on a tangent, and provide some of the best radio we've ever heard. Hell, the Most Offensive Song contest, arguably the best contest ever, was a spinoff of a tangent, if you remember. You just don't hear many tangents anymore.  | ||||

Isnt the mere fact that we are on this board talking about shit the best way to prove that we are fans, that we are all united in one common idea, that we think O and A rule? Why cant O and A just take it as a given that we know that O and A rule? If we thought they sucked, would we really go out of our way to particpate on a message board to bash them? Dont they say that theyre fans are smart people, but they seem to be treating us like a mob of dumb fools. So we say that a bit is dragging on too long. Whoopity do. You dont see any of the people with the O&A Board Regular status saying how much the show sucks on a daily basis? No, the fucking tools do that, and they get banned. Do they see how fast we are to jump on, kill, and ripp to shreads those who say O and A suck? That we berate and frustrate the opponents of O and A (Stern fans for example)? Hell, theres that one kid who loved Ron and Fez, but thought O and A suck, and he kept posting that shit, so people tore that kid to shread alll for the simple fact that WE ALL LOVE O AND A!!! Jesus, should I be typing up a new thread for every great bit of radio they do? Hell, my threads usually suck, and the stuff they do sometimes just aint starving for praise from other board members. look, I just think that the fact of the matter that we are all here talking about this stuff shows that we are hardcore fans. Of course, since I had all those problems with Back Orifice myself, I had to delete it. I kept the zipped copy of it though. Just cause I didn't agree with them doesn't mean you need to surrender quicker than France. :D Also, I don't want anyone else trying to bring up such things. Like I said, the best thing you guys can help out with is more positivity... I think it's safe to say that replay days don't count. (They're typically the dead days in GD.) If I get criticism from some of the tools on this board I figure I am doing something right. When you put the 2 together you have a pretty routy crowd that was raised by the TV because they were neglected by their parents.
