So either maybe put it in their status or have them put it in their sigs. But then again anyone can add it to their sig. Because it may seem trivial now but later on it may get out of hand like it did the first time. Gotta cover all your bases. Hanger-On Registered: Jan. 70	i was talking to an adopter yesterday and i thought of a point about this whole adoption project. He said he was having a problem with his adoptee. Now a limit of 10 days has been set for the adoption. Now what is a newbie has not successfully undergone training? Maybe they should be tagged as "failed graduates" or something. O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00	Ugh... tagging them with "Failed graduates" might not go over well. Let's face it.. until you get a feel for this place you tend to hyper-react.. and being called a failure could cause trouble. What might be a good idea is to e-mail all the adopters and tell them that if they have "difficult" adoptees that when their ten days with the adoptee is just about over, THEY tell the adoptee PRIVATELY (IM or E-mail) that they need to go through one more time just to cover any points their mentor may have missed or under-emphasized. Then the adopter needs to inform their newbie that he has informed Froy that he/she feels that the adoptee is in "further need of guidance" and that Froy has authorized the newbie to go through adoption one more time. Maybe tagging them with something like "Round 2".. just some sort of phrase that doesn't imply failure.. this program is meant to help newcomers feel more comfortable about coming here at first after all. OK, that was a lot of typing.. sorry, just wanted to share my thoughts on the subject (yet again) I know.. the Freshmans' opinion means Jack.. lol NO! I am NOT a Goth Dude!!
