I just don't want to be in New York for the NEXT attack. These terrorists don't attack our military, man.... they attack us. Regular citizens. If people died that knew it was a part of their choice to be in the military, then they died with honor. They died fighting for their country. The terrorists attack people that are not fighting for their country. They're not ready to die. I guarantee no one in the WTC went to work that day ready to die for their country at any time. I heard on one of the newscasts that a lot of spec ops groups (green berets, delta force, seals, etc.) have not been where they normally are for the past few weeks, thus then they're probably already there. also, in case anyone hears some reports, there was just an earthquake in los angeles, so it wasn't bombs. but yes, we should be aware of the possibility of strong retaliation. thank great britain too, those dudes are helping us out big time on this one. no limie jokes for a few hours or so ;)  [email protected] I'm off to Franklin Pierce College in September. Yeah, it sucks to have to work on the weekend, but I am NOT running home. I'll be at my desk for at least another hour. And I WILL be here tomorrow. I REFUSE to be afraid. For those who don't know, there were over 15 CONFIRMED planned attacks for Millenium Eve. EVERY SINGLE ON WAS STOPPED because our people found out about them and were on alert. We are on full alert. Our people are looking and listening. Yes, something will happen, but not today. Not tomorrow. And not easily. | ||||

The reason the first attack worked so well is no one thought they would have the nerve to use our own airliners against us. Most likely the next target will be something we didn't expect. Think of how security has increased here - I heard that Bush asked all governors to post National Guard at all airports, and I know there were troops at JFK & LaGuardia. I think LA / Hollywood might be a possibility, which I'm sure helped them decide to stop the Emmys. On a tangent, which day did Anthony finally predict? I seem to remember on Friday he thought this weekend.  | ||||
