Top 5 lists always hard, as some things hold up better than others.

Godfather
Goodfellas
Apocalypse Now
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Monty Python & the Holy Grail.

Honorable Mention:
Casablanca / To Have and To Have not. Bogie at his greatest - always a must see.

Animal House -I would have put it in the top 5 but it hasn't held up as well as others.

Rocky might belong as well, except Rocky 3,4 etc. kinda screwed things up in my mind.

Sleeper & Annie Hall - 2 very different movies made when Woody Allen was funny

Wizard of Oz / Ten Commandments - both had hokey moments, but they were movies I had to see whenever they were on television.

Fight Club is a movie that I thought was OK the first time I saw it. After watching the DVD, listening to the Director soundtrack, and seeing it again I really started to appreciate it.

Jaws - great movie, but I read the book first, and was dissapointed at what wasn't included.
