| Hanger-On Registered: Jan. 02 | You could be right of course, maybe it wasn't a joke You're definitely wrong about one thing in regards to me anyway, when I hear it on the news, or even when I think of that woman......like I said it's those pictures in my mind and those things you mentioned.......that's exactly what upsets me so much all those thoughts Although it is possible that it's just me being too hyper sensitive, I've always been that way Like I said before, it's more likely that the larger part of their listening audience was not as disturbed by that as I was I believe in free speech and open ended conversations, and being able to read books and that knowledge is frightening sometimes but important My point? I don't feel "offended" by the joke I just felt saddened by it later........ | ||||

| Hanger-On Registered: Jan. 02 | You make some really good points in your reply, you know when I tilt my head to the side and think it over I realize, maybe what the whole point here is that they can't please everyone, we all have different tastes.......right? Cring radio......so shocking it's funny I mean half the things that have me dying of laughter are things that are so outrageous you have to laugh out loud When I'm driving (yes yes I know it's a bit paranoid) if there's a car in traffic next to me I actually turn the radio down lower and lean up on my hand by the window (sort of blocking my face from view) but those laughs come out and sometimes I'll see someone in another car laughing and I'm thinking......I bet we're both laughing at the same thing ! lol I guess I have my own certain triggers, like the Oklahoma bombing, or a school shooting rampage, a mother killing her children, basically anything to do with children getting hurt, or killed, or sexually molested those are the triggers that really upset me and I guess it's because in my life I worry about my two little boys as they start growing up thanks for listening, thanks for your goods points :) | ||||

| Hanger-On Registered: Jan. 02 | Oops I forgot to reply on that other message, I'm from Virginia now, but am a transplanted New Yorker That's another thing I love about the show, good old New Yorkers like me :) Although I have to admit no one ever thinks I'm actually from New York though I was born and raised in Queens :( Geez I have to get better at this I forget the questions when I get this screen to reply I wish I could see the post at the same time! Oh I remember something, nope I don't have the gots to flash or show my boobs I might have the guts to do that fake orgasm thing, would probably like it as long as I was anonymous and they'd probably like it too, however again the timing will never be right and I have my little boys around so later........ :) | ||||
