Would some one please explain these so-called good "old days"? What was going on that made the board so much better? As far as chat threads are concerned, I don't like them, don't read them, and don't participate in them. I don't care if people start and post in them, but what's wrong with the "chat" link at the top of the page? It seems to me that chatting would go a lot smoother and quicker using it. I think deleting the post count totals is probably a good idea for eliminating the problem of people padding their post count (if there is anyone out there that is bored enough to care about such things). WTF, it's not like you win anything for having a high post count.
