Psychopath Registered: Jan. 01	Red Rocket - I used to think Phish was the worst. All my friends used to play me these bootleg tapes, and some of them were decent quality, but I didn't LOVE it. Then, come New Years' '98, I went and checked them out at MSG, and it was like HOLY FUCKING SHIT! Amazing performers, the crowd. . .awesome, just imagine dancing your ass off to ridiculous jams and feeling like your on ecstasy without the actual drug. After that, I was hooked. I don't know if EVERYbody would feel that way, but coming from someone who hated them at first, I can honestly say everybody should at least go to a show for the whole experience before writing the matter off. (Of course, since they don't play together at all these days, that might be tough. If they come back, check it out.) Cheers- G NORTON IS GOD

O&A Board Regular Registered: Aug. 01	One of My roommates at college have a couple of bootlegs but they were really shitty quality. The quality really turned me off more than the music. I didn't understand why someone would listen to such poor sounding crap. I'll have to try to get a good copy from someone. Next time they are around, I'll have to try and check them out live. We should have a board gathering in the summer if their around. Our Flag always stands. God Bless The USA.

They've only done it once or twice during shows that I've been to, but they'll play a particular riff and the audience has to respond in a certain manner (Simpsons theme - everbody goes "D'oh!").
