Psychopath Registered: Jul. 01 | Stick with it, Grumpy. You know I'll support you in it if it gets rough...just IM me. And if you're worried about weight gain......I'll put you on a SWEET diet afterward that'll make you look and fell like a king. I already lost 20 lbs on it. Went from 255 to 235 and never felt better in my life. Hang in there, tough it out. | ||||

O&A Board Veteran Registered: Dec. 00 | Slackjaw - I quit on Feb 25th (or so). Since then I've slipped once but didn't go back. To be honest, I didn't enjoy it. It tasted disgusting and made me nauseous. I highly recommend it if your serious about quiting. The important thing to remember is that "YOU HAVE TO WANT TO QUIT". If you don't have a true desire to quit, nothing will help. The side effects aren't that bad. They all occur within the first 2 weeks and then disappear. Bad side effects included: - Screwed up sleeping habits for the first 2 weeks (drowsy in the beginning, restless afterwards) - Dry sinuses (started after 2 weeks and stopped a week after stopping the medication) - Really vivid dreams. Some nightmares, some that I woke saying "What the fuck was that?" (on and off for whole time) - Extreme moodiness. You go nicey-nice one minute to the devil himself the next. (the last two weeks) All in all, it was definitely worth it. For you cheap bastards let me give you a different prospective, In 6 months I saved $900 or so on cigarettes. That's a vacation, a new computer or any other high priced item you've always wanted but couldn't afford. Good luck bro. I hope you do it and stick to it. You'll be a happier person for it. Side Note: McBourbon, don't mind slash. He likes to abuse all my adoptees. It gives him something to do. Don't take it personal. Don't try this at home kids.
