All this talk of punk and no mention of Iggy and the Stooges? No MC5? Not even Sex Pistols? or Ramones? or New York Dolls? Sure Misfits, Dead Kennedys and Black Flag kicked ass and influential, but punk had its roots a little earlier than that.
