Tampa Bay scores 3 goals in the first 10 minutes, and i cant even blame Ritcher for this one, until the last 2 goals anyway. Our defense looked pathetic at best last night, we couldnt even clear the damn zone. Ugh, i guess you cant win them all, but this looked too much like last year's team. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Dec. 00 | What do all 3 of the Ranger losses have in common? They didnt show up in the First 10 minutes of any of them and thats where they lost them. Thats a lack of preparation and not a good sign of coaching. This team cant afford to think that they can just show up on the ice and they are going to beat people. They arent that good. They are also having trouble finishing. They are getting oppurtunities but not scoring enough goals. If they are going to continue to refuse to play any defense, they are going to have to make up for that by scoring on their golden oppurtunities. | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Aug. 01 | i think the key is scoring first, you could easily get the momentum on your side, and lower the confidence of the other team, plus it gives your goalie a lead to work with, the rangers just need to tally first and work with the lead O&A'S ONLY PENGUIN FAN! | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Dec. 00 | I know its been 1 year and 10 games, But you know what I dont care. LOW MUST GO!! It is inexcusable for this team to come out Every Single Night and Not SHow up to Play, THey make the same Stupid Mistakes defensively and taking stupid penalties. Its like Groundhog Day when watching this God Damn Team. There is no discipline. All you hear Low say is we are making mistakes, well do something to fuckin correct them!! Scott Gomez took an unsportsmanlike Penalty against the Rangers that cost the Devils, guess what, He didnt play the rest of the game. I love Theo Fleury, But he can not be taking retaliatory penalites every game. Fleury does not help this team taking 2 or 3 minors a game. And you especially can not take penalties when this team cant Kill Penalties to save their lives. They get beat to loose pucks, they show no life. They have a Power Play that should dominate, instead it sucks beacuse NOBODY SHOOTS THE FUCKIN PUCK!!, Bring John Muckler back for God's sake. No its not that bad, but getting close. Im a little weary because the Panthers are coming off a loss, the Rangers are coming off 2 wins, and Blackburn will probably be in goal. But they should still win this game, and play a solid game. Even though they beat Boston and Dallas, they got outplayed in those games. Outstanding Richter goaltending against Boston, and a great 5 minute Span against Dallas is what won those games. I would like to see a Complete 60 Minute effort and not giving up 40+ shots on net. A smart disciplined game. | ||||
