| O&A Board Veteran Registered: Feb. 01 | I spoke to Joe last night. A new venue could be announced very shortly, which also may wind up becoming the site of our Xmas party. He should also be plugging a gig for his other band sometime this week. He will inform you when the time is right, he's not Cowbell Bill, he knows how to plug things properly. LOL. I believe in the Faith... that can save me. I believe in the hope and I pray... That someday it may raise me... above these badlands | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: Oct. 00 | OK here we go... As Froy said... I am working on a new place in Manhattan to take the place of that dive BAR9. I'll post more info on that as it becomes available. Thanks to Yankee Bleacher Anthony for starting this thread so I don't look like the self promoting deek that I am. As for the Long Island folks, I'll be playing at the "All Aboard Pub" on Railroad Ave. Right across the street from the Ronkonkoma train station this Friday night, the 5th, at 10pm with Laird's band (he sang at the last bar9 gig, you remember, the loudmouth blond headed guy with the great voice...) Third Childhood is the name of the band and it's our first time out. Lotsa progressive rock (Yes, ELP, Kansas, UK, kings x, etc...) fun guitar parts for me. Hope some of you locals can make it out. If I don't see you there, All of the bands'll be playing in the city as soon as the venue is confirmed. Thanks for the support in advance and LET'S ALL GET DRUNK TOGETHER REAL SOON!!!!!! later!! | Psychopath Registered: Oct. 00 | Oh yeah, Thanks for reminding me Froy, I almost forgot, I'll be at "The Stadium" on Rt.3 in Secaucus N.J. with "THE GOOD RATS" on Friday the 12th of Oct.@ 10pm. I play bass with them and thier stuff is readily available on Audiogalaxy. Good music, semi-famous, hard rock band (back in the 70's and early 80's).
