Not talking to Kid Rock at all about him marrying one of the hottest women in the world is pretty lame. maybe not about the hepatitis, but just the engagement. and they did say they'd get to it later. seriously, the softball-style interview is very unlike what they've gotten famous for. Then they come back and abuse Ruth Buzzi, which is usually funny, but not after they wuss out yesterday. | ||||

It's obvious now that O&A gave in to censorship. Censorship? Exactly what Kid rock and his people made O&A do yesterday during his interview with them. By demanding (and that's exactly what kid rock's record company did, despite what Opie says) O&A NOT talk about Pamela's illness or eliminate the interview all together. O&A agreed and therefore censored themselves for the soul purpose of interviewing a celebrity. This is sickening at the least. All these years O&A have been fighting the war against censorship to find themselves agreering to censor their show for the health of their egos. For now-on, O&A-censorship rants hold absolutely NO ground with me. The reason why kid rock was not on Stern was because Howard declined to this censorship agreement. Knowing that a regular and simple kid rock interview has been done before and that it would simply be pretty boring. And to any of you who disagrees with this, well, your argument obviously doesn't matter since you're an O&A zombie. Give me more beer | ||||

The guys like Kid rock and he gave a great performance yesterday.If O&A went into Pam's Hep C- would Kid have stayed? Howard doesn't treat Kid Rock like shit either so why should O&A. Like when they interviewed that millionare whore they could have just said "So do you like anal sex huh? huh?" but no, they got her pissed off with good, honest questions. Yes, it's easy to ask the bad questions and yes, a lot of people would have wanted them to go the shockign route but if they were having a good time and enjoyed him as a guest, why blow it to be "shocking?" Give me Diane Farr over her anyday. I really enjoyed the kid rock interview, but the principle of not touching on interesting things bothers me. I did not want them to be dicks for being dicks sake. She probably knew what was going on between the two shows and didn't wanna talk on air. If you notice they were all saying stuff like " Please Pam talk on air", and then she proceeded to say like a sentence. That's obviously just a thought though. | ||||
