 I understand that there will be agreement as well as crucification from what I am about to say but, bare with me.
I've noticed, in the past few weeks that a certain someone, who does mornings, based here in New York, has been inviting quite a lot of comedians on his nationally syndicated show.
It may just be me but, before Opie and Anthony there really wasn't a show on the radio that was showcasing "Stand Up Comics", especially the ones who deal in the more cynical type of comedy, some may even call edgy.
Thanks to O&A I am now a fan of Rich Vos(yes a fan), Jeff Norris, Carlos Mencia, Pablo Fransisco, Frank Caliendo, and probably the funniest human you will ever see live Mr. Tinkledrinker, Jim Norton. (I know I left out Jay Mohr, Dice, and Breuer. I've heard of them before O&A).
Mr. Stern has invited Otto & George(shame), Nick Dipaolo(this guy is great to see live also he's done the "Comics Come Home" specials with Leary), Jim Florentine (former or current, I'm not sure, room mate of said Tinkledrinker), This guy Rev. Bob Levy, who is apparently a racist comic. Plus that stuttering prick thinks he a comic as well as that athletic closet dweller.
It's just weird.
