Don and Mike will move to PM Drive on WNEW Stern and O&A had a face to face meeting two weeks ago WXRK is building a new studio for O&A Mark is leaving Fox to return to the staff... as is Kevin. This was posted by Allan Sniffen at the NY Radio Message Board. Sounds like they are getting a dream, at least twice the lead-in that they get now, plus their old friends back! | O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | I too am rapidly growing tired of the speculation threads, and while much of this particular rumor makes good sense, the Spaz part is just very difficult to swallow. Why would they bring him back? Did Kevin make O&A? I think not. Here's a novel idea.... how 'bout we just wait and see what happens? On a side note, I can imagine a possible return show for the guys should they eventually wind up re-signing with WNEW. 3:00 rolls around, and.... the Don and Mike intro starts.... several minutes into the intro (we all know how long that intro is) Opie comes on and says something to the effect of " No, no, it's your old pals O&A, back live" and of course following is the "its just a little joke" sound clip.  Still one spot open! I am pleased to announce that DevonGetTheTable is the newest addition to the Slackjaw family! Report any transgressions to me. | ||||

I guess Stalker Patty was a good enough reason to say they were moving to LA (and for the record, I said LA would make no sense, I didn't say they were moving). I think it would be great if Psycho Mark could be back on the show (although recently he's been calling almost as often as Dice). As for Spaz, there are many stupid people in this world. I think he was replacable. The intern who had a low speed collision with the motor cycle causing severe eye and head wounds was well on his way to being a new kind of spaz. Is there any chance in hell of O+A being live Monday? Isabella, chock full of residual bitterness. | ||||
