When O&A first started, Mohr was the host but because of his acting duties he bequeathed the show to Opie and Anthony, two writers on his program. Though it's called Opie and Anthony to the public, all official documents call it the original title- Jay Mohr's Fun Time Radiola Revue. | Hanger-On Registered: Feb. 01 | Recently I've been surprised when Jay Mohr DOESN'T show up, that's how much I've gotten used to him being in studio. He always adds a kick to the show with his Walken, Carrey and other impressions. I've been a huge fan of his since Paulie (YES the bird movie) and think he's an invaluable friend to the show. BTW, I had no idea O & A worked for Jay early in their radio careers. It still seems as though he bosses them around.   Self-Proclaimed Emperors of all Broadcasting. That old gag! | ||||

And to clarify, the original GWIMP was featuring none other than the legendary BUDDY HACKETT, not BUDDY EBSEN, deek. Though I'm sure Mr.Ebsen's trashy romance novel features a rousing depiction of the classic game. There is no one funnier than Jay. The same people who complain about his omnipresence are dying to have him back when he dosen't appear for a few months. Also, you gotta respect the talent. Guys such as Caliendo, Norton, etc... are all great. But none (maybe with the exception of Breuer) can actually carry the show and make you laugh for four hours. | ||||

| Hanger-On Registered: Jun. 01 | The Carry isn't half as good as his Chris Walkin, i mean walkin in one of the scaresit actors out there(ever see The Deer Hunter?), and Jay is dead on, i think the Carry is annyoing and hard to understand (i know that is part of the bit) although his much less used Bill Cosby is pretty good 2, i think that bit was on best of this weekend I may have no energy policy... But I have two Hot TEEN Daughters If you get hit by a truck carrying aloe, does it still hurt? | ||||
