Stern was crowned "King Of The Internet" with O&A only receiving 5.5%, i.e. for every 100 Stern searches, there are 5 for O&A - a ratio of nearly 20 to 1. Consider the fact that O&A are (or were for 8/9th of this 2 months tracking period) only aired in one market, while Stern is easily syndicated to over 20, not to mention the national exposure he garners via his E! show and the 15 year head start he has over the guys, and suddenly the King's crown seems a bit tarnished. Stern is a national icon, of that there is no doubt, but for O&A to have garnered these numbers absent any of the amenities syndication affords, is truly an amazing thing. Besides, wouldn't a true internet title entail calculating such things as file sharing and message board activity?
