| Psychopath Registered: Feb. 01 | Ok, heres the deal. They didnt fire the sports guys because morning is not free is Infinity's grand syndication scheme. G. Liddy was fired,... that pretty much sinks it, no doubt about Don and Mike in middays. As for location, I actually listen to Don and Mike, and they have a lot invested there,... the whole gang of Don, Mike, Rob, and Buzz have houses there and Don's son is in school there,... someone actually called to ask and they said they'll stay in DC.

WNEW gets horrible ratings..HORRIBLE. except for the "BOYS" .If wnew wants to be #1 they should play lite music for half the day and let the boys take over the airwaves as long as they want for the other half..Wait dont jump on me yet.. i dont like lite music, but for some reason ppl listen to that shit..Than when the boys are done.. Edit: Ive just checked out the radio dentist's board and Liddy is still live on JFK and saying he's in contract negiotiations. Why the hell did they fire the Chick if Liddy wasnt gone too??? Anyways, Infinity has a long history of this crap...if you don't recall the events of this past January, I'm not recapping...but what Liddy says may hold some water...last year, on WFAN (an Infinity station, duh), The FAN announced they were firing the midday "Sweater & Schmoozer" combo of "Shitty" Russ Salzburg & "Captain Midnight" Steve Somers for the more repulsive Jody MacDonald & Susan Waltman (prob. misspelled)...within a week or so, Somers was back on air for the FAN in the more familiar post game shift...I guess sometimes they just have to kill the contract and start fresh...but who really gives a shit about G. Gordon Liddy anyway? Not me...  It's not funny, my ass is on fire.... Thanks to the lovely Jolene for my sig pic... It's always funny until someone gets hurt, And then it's just hilarious!!! | ||||
