The popup ads can be disabled if you surf though Safeweb. Point your browser to http://www.safeweb.com, and enter the URL you want to visit. Safeweb filters cookies, erases history, and completely disables popup ads. It also uses encryption, and will enable you to visit websites that may be banned from your office or wherever.

It's commonly used by people who don't want to be tracked. Check it out.

Silent Proxy is another good service like SafeWeb

I use both, but in some cases silent proxy works better than safeweb.

I haven't tried SafeWeb but I have used Subdimension. I find it to be pretty good.

You are right about the sales department needing a complete overhaul... there's no reason a bunch of hacks like Lisa or that dipshit who almost failed to deliver nude bartenders a few months ago should be allowed to reap the benefits of ratings bonanzas like O&A.

Eventually, they will start hiring better salespeople, but it will never be too soon.
