| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00  | OK everyone, I've decided to do this the right way being that there were some bugs. I went to live365, the new address is http://166.90.143.143:21752. Unless I get too many complaints I've decided to run O&A and R&F live from 3pm to 11pm. Then switch over to music till 7am at which time I'll replay O&A and R&F from the day before until 3pm. Please let me know what you guys want because popular opinion will prevail here. | O&A Board Veteran Registered: Jul. 00 | Oops! forgot the switches... Better now? I would very much prefer the schedule you started this thread with. O&A replay from 7am to 11am, R&F replay from 11am to 3pm, O&A live from 3pm to 7pm and R&F live from 7pm to 11pm. And, from 11pm to 7am you could wash and wax my car, maybe rake some leaves, etc... :P Long Live the "Syndication Underground" | ||||

I've found that listening with realplayer is much better than winamp, it loads alot faster and rebuffers faster than winamp also. I'm still looking for ideas on what to run on my feed. | Psychopath Registered: Aug. 00 | Realplayer loads/buffers faster because it is buffering less of the stream to begin with. I still stand by Winamp because it allows you to adjust how much you are buffering ( I buffer at least 100K of the stream before play..) | O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | Well I don't know chuck, I used to use winamp exclusively and it would always drop out on occasion. I just recently started using realplayer for feeds and it doesn't cut out at all. I've been listening to my feed nonstop for about 26 hours now and it hasn't dropped once...I guess it all depends on your connection and other variables.
