| Psychopath Registered: May. 01  | I came across about 4+ GIG of O&A and loveline shows on my HD today. So i decided to be generous and share all of that with the SU board. I'm thinking about setting up a 24/7 DALnet fserve in a channel. It'll have all the 4 GIG of MP3z on the fserve, and plus whatever the most recent show i encoded. With sblueman's feed in question, this might be a good idea. Tell me what you guys think about all this. (If you don't know what IRC is, or fserve, this doesn't apply to you)  | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: May. 01 | I realize alot of people don't know what IRC is. And that would be the main reason why I chose it in the first place. I want the channel to be alot more underground than Mulligan's FTP. This way i don't have to deal with that much traffic. Personally, i don't think my cable modem can handle all that. The main purpose for this channel is to give the regulars on the SU board a place to go for their quick fix of O&A. And also a place to dowload the latest show for the people who wants to re-run the show on their SU feed. (If you run a SU feed, you will be put on a no-wait status on the fserve) | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: May. 01 | Thanx for everyone who helped me getting 12-05-01's show. (Chuck + Yaright) Both provided me with excellent help. Now i have the whole show in RA format, i will be uploading the show to the FTP. (I can not take credit for encoding this show at all. B/C i had nothing to do with it. All i did was download it from a newsgroup with the info provided by YaRight. I believe the encoder for the show were someone on that newsgroup. If the person contact me through the IRC channel, i will be happy to put his/her name on that re-encoded file) For the people who doesn't have REAL player, i'll re-encode the show in MP3 and upload that later on. 12-06-01's show should also be up in the FTP. That i had no problems with. | ||||

With the loss of the FTP and the problems with some of the other attempts to share O&A show files I just wanted to remind people that Tranceforce did set up a mIRC server where people can go get the show. It runs 24/7. I am posting this because I got his ok to to do. Here is the info: Server: DALnet Channel: #O&A-SU  Opie & Anthony Replay 24/7!
