| O&A Board Veteran Registered: Jul. 00 | I'm with ya on the FUCK real. But, no. I have yet to come across any convenient way to convert .ram to .mp3. It is possible to record the /ram file to .wav and then convert to .mp3 but, it is a pain in the ass. So, if it's only available in .ram format I typically do without. If ya find anything lemme know. | Psychopath Registered: Aug. 00 | Only way I've been able to record Real to another format is to turn on StereoMix on my recording Input... play the real clip... and record in a wav editor ... then save to mp3 ... | Hanger-On Registered: Sep. 01 | solution: streambox ripper. search for it on the net. youll encounter sites that have a demo version - thats a no no. this program was banned cause real.com sued the makers of this ripper cause it was robbin em of money. i recommend version 2.09. peace. note that the newer versions of Streambox Ripper don't support Real Audio...download off morpheus ........ im sure they got the older version | ||||
