So here I am talking to another sick minded friend on the net. He lives in Australia and I figured I'd spread the gospel of O and A to him.

So I give him your two feeds, the good one and the one that bumps me off every two seconds... =)

So he's like ok I hear two guys talking about holes in their jeans. I explain that is Mon and Dike, and then about 6 minutes later i hear Mon and Dike talkign about the jeans.

So I say what a second, are they calling back or is he 6 minutes ahead of me?

So he says they just said "blah blah band practice."

So I wait, and sure enough 6 minutes later, they say that.

So how wierd is it that this guy in Australia is getting the feed 6 minutes before me and I am in Boston?

He has DSL, and I am at work on a T1.

Fucking strange. Just thought I'd share.

Good call, I'll try doing a tracert comparison tomorrow.

But still, I figure all the way to Australia would be more hops than to Mass.

Also - Check the buffer settings of you player - If your buffer is bigger then his buffer it would store more time incase of drops, etc...
