Hanger-On Registered: May. 02 | Hey everyone. I am looking for a little help here. I need to find a program that I can use to edit MP3 files. Basically I have some very large MP3 files from the SU recordings I have made from my broadcasts and need to find a program that I can use to chop them up into the individual shows. I want to be able to seperate out the O&A Shows and the R&F shows. The MP3 files that I have are about 100 MB each so they are very large files and are way to large to change into wav's and edit them from there. IF someone could help me I would greatly appreciate it. Ruiner

O&A Board Regular Registered: Aug. 00 | I used to tape a lot of O&A to VHS tapes and then record/edit them through my brother's Sound Blaster programs. The platinum versions come with Creative Recorder and Wave Studio and then you can convert the edited file from .wav to .mp3 when you're done. Very easy and quick to use when you get into a comfortable groove with them.

Psychopath Registered: May. 02 | I use MP3 TrackMaker: Visit this Website to chop up my 120MB recordings. It's not free ($13). One cool feature is that you can grab times from WinAmp with it (handy for cutting out the commercials). Edit: Hmmm....and one problem I just discovered is that it can't handle VBR MP3's.
