I have tons of O and A MP3's, some of my files are real huge, like 45 minutes, and the filesize is huge. Is there anyway I can make these files smaller so they are easier to download, and the filesize is decreased?

I would recommend saving them in MPEG Layer 3 16kbps 11hz... 60 minutes = about 7 meg...
