| Psychopath Registered: Mar. 01  | How long will it be before some of the new fans in the new markets help out and start providing feeds. Is this something we want or is there jsut enough to stay out of trouble? While the feeds that are currently available are working well and have had little problems, a backup is nice. P.S. I need someone to take over for Sblueman when he goes on vacation to upload the shows to the FTP site. I would ask Chuck but he already blew out 1 modem this year and already does enough. If anyone could step up to the plate (TrAnCe - You would be a good candidate) it would be gooder for all.  | ||||

| O&A Board Veteran Registered: Jul. 00 | They were on the air for a while here in NYC before the "SU" thing really took off...maybe it'll be faster to catch on in other cities since it's already established...and there are veterans to provide tech help. M-ACE: I don't know about other stations but, I switch from WNEW to WYSP (Philli) on my way home everyday and they don't. It's WYSP's regular commercials. *Interesting note on a somewhat related topic*...There's also close to a minute delay between WNEW & WYSP...and I think they're in the same time zone. This time, i will encode the shows using my stero instead of the live feeds from internet. So it should sound alot better than before. (just gotta get myself the audio cable for the job)  | ||||

Cause I now have a pretty fast DSL and can send 356 kbs and I figure that can maybe open up some of the other folks bandwidth so there will be less re-buffering and whatnot... | ||||
