Has anyone noticed a change since they got syndicated. I think upper management is dumping the shows more and more often. They want rating but yet they dump the talent.

You make a good pint there, new fan.
However, it's not completly upper managment. It's the new FCC rules and regulations that have everyone all screwed up. So Managment is right now running around like chicken with their heads cut off for the time being until everything is fully explained.
