The only reason O&A know Norton is through Dice, and the Stern-Dice battle runs very deep so I would assume Norton and Stern hate each other. Hanger-On Registered: Jul. 01	Im not sure Stern knows who Norton is and as far as Dice goes, hes expressed his interest in ending the rivalry with Howard. I could picture Norton respecting Stern, because some of his humor seems somewhat Stern-influenced. Howard was one of the first entertainers to wish AIDS and cancer on people similar to how Norton does. And this isnt about anybody ripping anybody off, so please refrain from the corny and overused "Hoos hoos".

Psychopath Registered: May. 01	i think that within the next couple of years this whole O&A/Stern "feud" will just dissipate into nothing and there may even be no hard feelings. may seem like a stretch now, but barring no other Z100 Jingle Ball incidents, i cant see this thing going on forever like that stupid Imus/Stern bullshit....

O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01	Feud isn't the correct term. O&A have given Stern props when he deserved it; they just get pissed when he tries to play that King of Infinity shit to keep them down. If Stern would accept that O&A are funny (instead of trying to keep them down), they've said they'd have no problem with him.

O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01	i myself have spoken to noron on the matter, and he told me that if he were to get up when howard is on, he would listen cuz he thinks he's funny. also, his roommate, jim florentine, has been on howard alot in the past couple of months. We're talking about two hacks who go on the air and try to make a career out of being Howard Stern. And they suck at it. They're unlikable and unintelligent. I would respect them if they tried to be themselves or came up with their own ideas.

Listen - I once entertained dopey thoughts like this...but that was before I turned them on. Stern was still a little funny back then. Jackie was still around; he was still happily (?) married. Once I heard the boys, it was a good thing. But I hadn't had a conflict with listening to both of them...until Mommie Stern tried that cheese-dick censoring of the boys - plus, he started to ssssssuuuuucckkk! Jackie left, finding out that Howie was more of a whiny bitch than he was. The Channel 9 show still stands out as a work of genius, as well as his specials, but has any other of his TV endeavors really done much of anything but suck? Be honest...you know it's true. He could have put the show on cable and whipped out funbag after funbag, but no - I'll take Channek 2! Dher!
