| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | He talked about this yesterday. He was saying until he can do streaming video, not just clips (Think a cheap shot at Foundry), he is not going to do it. He says he wants to charge people for some of the unscensored stuff that goes on in his studio. He has been saying he wanted to do a website for many years now, but the technology is not good enough for what he wants to do. | ||||

As for the videos, are we talking about LIVE video feeds? I mean, that would be cool and all, but a huge majority of people who listen to him are in the car, on their way to work. A live video feed isn't gonna do them much good. Start with some pics and clips, and move ahead. Get some feedback, and go from there. As far as charging people: Why would I pay to see a live feed of something I can download for free? I mean, he is good and all, but not good enough for me to pay to see it. Then when you check out the gross for these "failures", it's usually something like 50 / 60 million domestic....always several million dollars MORE than what his movie made. If you honestly believe that he can still pull in the same numbers as he did back then, you're sadly mistaken. Howard Stern is way past his prime and is totally irrelevant.
