Psychopath Registered: Nov. 00 | How do they work Stern's no competition clause? I always thought the details of his contract are kept tightly under wraps. I just don't understand the details of it. How do the rest of the Infinity stations decide what is and isn't legitimate competition and if so, what happens if the good competition takes a bite out of his ratings? I find it hard to believe that he has a clause on his contract that prohibits competition within his company, but it does explain why the Sports Guys are still on. Psychopath Registered: Jan. 01 | The no compete clause is part of Stern's new contract. I read it on several different websies. Most Infinity owned stations that don't have Stern in the morning play music anyway so that wouldn't matter. If the other stations have a talk show in the morning they either have to go for different demos or won't go people that won't take away from Stern's ratings (that explains the Sports Guys). I don't know if Stern asked for it or if it was something Infinity threw in to give him another reason to stay with the company, but its their.

Psychopath Registered: Oct. 00 | Maybe it should be retermed the "I can't have competition because I suck" clause. How lame is that? Someone put him on a horse and make it jump. Stern needs to be put next to Christopher Reeve. Kudos to Verrat, the Master of Sigs! Hail to the Chief, 1st Sgt. Filzy!!! O & A ARMY RULES FOREVER!!!
