| After listening to sooo many F'n people complain about daylight savings time, I just wanted to tell all of you something. You don't lose an hour of sleep. You don't lose anything. It jus seems like it's different. You have to remember, once daylight saving time begins, there is no 2 o'clock. It goes right to 3. And when you move that hour, you move all the hours that follow, but they stay the same number. You don't lose any F'n sleep. It just saves the amount of light. So it gets darker later at night. I know this is very confusing, but I'm trying my best to explain.

| If you dont have a set time you have to get up, then you dont lose sleep.
But for people who had places to go on Sunday, lets say for example Church. And they have to get up at 9am.
They lose an hour sleep because at 2am it becomes 3am. Get it now?

| Don't forget, the body has an internal clock that some people have trouble reprogramming. FU Daylight savings!
