You can select criteria for the job you want and have it return a listing of possible matches. If you need help with a list of sites let me know! :) | ||||

| Hanger-On Registered: Jan. 70 | DryBlood, I OVERstand what you are talking about. A friend of mine works for a web design company. When he started, there were like 10 people in his department. Now, it's just him. I still have a job, and although it's not what I want to do as a career, I am working, so I try not to complain. When I started my job, it was a company of 60+ people, now it's 35. Cutbacks are happening in many industries. Hang in there guys, this shit has to turn around sometime. Sooner than later I hope. I'm dying to get a new job myself.

| Psychopath Registered: Jan. 01 | Hey guys, here are the sites I found to work well. flipdog.com, monster.com, headhunter.net, jobsleuth.com, dice.com, itcarreers.com Flipdog was the best, dice is all IT jobs, jobsleuth searches a bunch of job boards at once. I had an HR person say to me to mail a resume on nice bond paper rather then email. In email they toss it in the database, if you mail it someone has to handle it first. Networking, networking, networking. I used all sorts of internet job searches, and what got me hired was connections through friends.  Some people think I'm a psycho, everybody else knows it! | ||||
