Luckily, her boyfriend was meeting her at the club and got there before the kid could peel her away from her friends. She was coherent enough to tell him what happened, and he smacked the kid around for a while. He was pissed at her for accepting the drink, but I smoothed it over between them later. I was at a club myself, and I was talking to this girl and got her digits. I thought since she was cool enough to give me her number, I would buy her and her gay friend a drink. She came with me to the bar, saying, "Just in case, I don't want any roofies in my drink". I laughed, but later I felt really offended! I mean, does that mean I look like a "Roofies kind of guy?" Does that mean I look like the type of guy who would need to stoop so low? My best friend was all over this like a cheap suit and hasn't let me live it down, but I still feel disgusted that people do shit like that and even more disgusted by the fact that someone thought I could be one of them. I guess she was just being cautious, though, which I don't blame her for.
