| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00  | You can't ban, change or do anything to anyone in the admin options. It automatically changes that indivdual to you. This includes banning, status changing and changing mod status. You can only adjust yourself safely. Raven lost his account. It is stuck as Froy Is Gay, which Raven was trying to ban, but then the system converted it to his account with Froy is Gay's info. So, there are 2 of this guy, one being Raven's old account affixed with the other guy's info and profile. Anybody elses missing accounts are probably the same scenario, where your account is the very last guy you attempted to adjust the status or ban. Do we have any info as to why this is happening??? Is this a result of the new ban capabilities??? And, most importantly, when is it going to be fixed??? Right now we have absolutely no way to ban someone currently, unless we delete their account.  | ||||

| O&A Board Veteran Registered: Oct. 00 | Well, I just became TheLtrain for a brief period of time. I tried to ban him, became him and there was no record of my account. I was able to reestablish my account by selecting the "me" Ltrain in the admin options and changing the name and password to me. I also had to change the email address and delete the entire status. I seem to be myself once again, but I won't go near any admin options until I KNOW it is fixed. After this experience, I know that if I try to help Raven, I'll become whoever the mystical gremlins of the Board decide to make me. So, Raven when you read this, sorry bud, but I'm too technically dumb to help you. Bottom-line, we are powerless. | ||||

Some of the cleverer members are starting to notice that LTrain and GOD of PHUK are still posting and have no nice custom status.. and they see us berating them.. they'll start putting two and two together.. and while they won't cause trouble I'm certain some people will figure it out and decide to play tough..and the board could possibly deteriorate into pandemonium... We've got two new Clown members who's IPs are identical, though they don't match Laughriot's I'm POSITIVE it's him.. I think A: Laughriot knows how to manipulate his IP addy, 'cause half of the names have Heap's IP, but only Laughriot's has Laughriot's IP and B: I'm starting to get the sneaking suspicion that laughriot is KFC.. he comes up with new sigs WAAAY to readily AND We now have "Opies_a_fag" stirring up shit on the board... on a lighter note, Roger.. | O&A Board Veteran Registered: May. 00 | i am going to tread lightly here because i dont know who believes who or what. laughriot's im is Xx GCS xX. he imed me the other day and played it off like he wasnt expecting to talk to me. sort of like i didnt mean to im you. we talk and hes really fucked up in the head, all over the place with his talk. now whether or not he is kfc is beyond me. but here is what i do know, call it a coincidence if you will, i dont believe one of the participants of what im about to tell you. last night when the whole clown thing went down i checked ips and saw that killer klown is kingpin. i mentioned it in one of the fc threads thats going on right now. kingpin imed me and said to keep it quiet because he wanted to play around with kid for a little while. i said that kid doesnt want to be played with, he hates LR with the same gusto as upu hated kfc. not 10 secs later LR imed me and asked me why kid doesnt like him, actually he said, "why doesnt he like me??" i asked kingpin if he has been talking to clowns and he feigned ignorance. the whole, what me? bullshit thats popular in high school. i got pissed because ive known kingpin a while and didnt think he would do that. he gave me the whole we are friends comment but when he saw i was pissed he just said bye and left. now i dont believe kingpin one bit. others may have different feelings but thats how i feel. as for whats going on here, when we can ban again, i am going to seriously consider banning each and every clown that i see, including laugh riot for inciting all this shit, either that or talk to kid and see if i can just get him off LR's ass because this shit is going to far and its getting ridiculous. now i got grumpy's word this morning that he wont let this get too far, but whos to say whats too far and what isnt??? so basically what has to happen, and i know he isnt going to like this, but ultimately the decision what to do about this is up to froy because, afterall, it is his board and if he wants this to continue or stop is up to his discretion. ill follow whatever you want froy, you just tell us what to do:) It itches, it seethes, it festers and breathes My heros are dead They died in my head Thin out the herd Squeeze out the pain Something inside me has opened up again | ||||
