| O&A Board Veteran Registered: Jan. 01 | You are missing the friggin point. If I was getting a check back(which I'm not) I would just sign the thing over to the Red Cross. Not the government. Yes, they do have enough money. But the Red Cross is funded by donations. They NEED not only blood, but MONEY as well. Red Cross Donations People, I WILL be sending them my money. I can't afford it, but I will be sending some anyway. Even $10 will help. Please don't think that just giving blood is enough here.
