| Psychopath Registered: Dec. 00  | I realize that you’ve probably all done this already and I’m a bit late but I just wanted to drop in and tell you all how sorry I am about the horrific incidents of two weeks past. Obviously I’ve not been around for a while, this is because I have a proper job now where if I spent all day in the ‘Slackers’ thread I’d get sacked! But one of the first things I thought of on September 11th was the board and the people that I once chatted to everyday. I hope everyone’s alright and that you find the strength from each other to put this behind you. The capability of these people to subject the innocent office workers to this kind of an attack has obviously left everyone stunned the world over and I just wanted you all to know that everyone in England is completely behind you. Where I live in Reading, the shops and local houses have all been displaying the Stars and Stripes I’ve never seen anything like it! We all know the slightly conflicting history of our nations and that we haven’t always got on. But it’s nice to know that when this type of tragedy occurs we can all pull together and that all they have succeeded in doing with their attack is making our two nations stronger. If anybody is having trouble, this board is one of the best places for you to be, as there are so many good people here that know how to make people laugh they’ll pull you through. Thank you for you kind words. In one way or another, the tragic events of that day have touched all of us in one way or another. Several board members have relatives or friends unaccounted for. I was touched when I saw the changing of the guard play the Star Spangled Banner at Buckingham Palace. We know your neighbors have experienced violence at the hands of the NRA. We hope that this horrific event makes them re-think their tactics. We are not used to an attack on our soil since you guys did it. We expect the final resolution to be the same in this case (No offense intended to you wonderful Brits with that comment).  Who want's to play Afghan Bingo?
