| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | Someone mentioned it before and i got it. It is called Newsshark. Also if you want to get some movies besides using programs like limewire and imesh you could use mIRC. They were talking about it today. Unlike newsgroups its in real time. You go into the DiVX or VCD room and ask people for a certain movie or see what they say they have. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | I looked into that Newsshark program and found a bit of disturbing information. The Newsshark installation also installs Radiate spyware which tracks your web surfing habits and reports them back to Radiate for advertising purposes. If you try to uninstall the spyware, the Newsshark program no longer works. And to top it off, when you uninstall Newsshark, Radiate stays...

There's a similar program called newshound. Not as nice an interface but it does the same thing. I might switch now if i can't get rid of the Radiate bullshit. | Hanger-On Registered: Jan. 70 | Go to Newsbin.com and download their trial version. I hope you are not on a dial-up, the average movie is about 350 to 500 mb. Newsbin is a news robot that will assemble binary files that are downloaded from a news server. You will also need a program called winRAR to reassemble most of the movies you will find, as they are compressed using WinRAR. Good luck, have fun. :p
