| Psychopath Registered: Feb. 01  | Well, just in case anybody is interested, I followed everyones advice and went to the doctor Monday. He took a sample, and I got the results back today. It came back positive for melanomic carcinoma (think that is how it is spelled???) Which is lower level skin cancer. Good news is he said that since I caught it early, there is about a 90% recovery rate. Bad news is...I am scared shitless. I have always accepted that GOD has a plan for me, but I wish I knew why this happenned to me. I have always tried to be a good person, and help people when they needed. I'M SCARED. | Psychopath Registered: Oct. 00 | I'm sorry to hear that Squidink. FollowThisLogic is right, There is no way to prevent something like this, It's genetic. The good thing is you found it early. I'm so glad you went to the Dr. and got an answer. Wouldn't it have been worse if you had waited? You did the right thing, and now like so many people before you (Male and Female), you will have to fight this thing, but you already started off on the right foot.This probably doesnt help, but you know what they say; "Bad thing's happen to good people". So stop worrying about what you did to deserve it. The reason you were dealt this card is to learn and teach in life, & like I said before, Genetics had a big part too. You'll get through this, Just take it one day at a time.  | ||||
